Real Time Virtual Support: Virtual Care Implementation and Evaluation in BC

The COVID pandemic turned the health system from in-person to virtual in a few short months. In BC, in order to address the rural, remote and indigenous equity of access of care, and also to improve provincial access to health services, the Real Time Virtual Support network suite of virtual services were established. This presentation introduces the RTVS lines, and focus on our evaluation efforts to fulfill the four key mission of this network.
