Mohsen Sadatsafavi

Mohsen received his MD degree from Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 2002, his MHSc degree in Epidemiology from UBC in 2007, and his PhD degree in Health Economics and Outcomes Research from UBC in 2012.
He is now an Assistant Professor in the Division of Respiratory Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, UBC, since July 2012, at the same time holding affiliations with the Centre for Clinical Epidemiology and Evaluation as well as the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, UBC. He is involved in various studies in asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD), especially cost-effectiveness modeling of emerging health technologies and using the provincial, national, and international health administrative databases to address policy-related questions. http://webservices.heartandlung.ca/msafavi/
