- To learn about the Balance of Care model (UK) and its application in Ontario. The Balance of care is an approach for determining the right balance of resources between long-term care and homecare for local aging populations
- To learn how homecare assessment data can be used in conjunction with community engagement to create personas and packages of home care service
- To explore what data sources and approaches can be used in British Columbia to determine the balance between long-term care and homecare for aging populations
