Bio
Hubert is a Research Assistant with the Health Technology Assessment Team at the Centre for Clinical Epidemiology and Evaluation. He holds an MSc in Population and Public Health, with a concentration in Health Economics, from the University of British Columbia, where his work focused on applying time-driven activity-based costing to estimate the costs of activities involved in delivering evidence-based addiction treatments. He also holds a BSc (Honours) in Political Science from the Université de Montréal.
His work at the Centre for Clinical Epidemiology and Evaluation focuses on the assessment of clinical effectiveness through evidence synthesis, including rapid and systematic reviews conducted for health technology assessment, as well as costing and economic modelling. His prior experience spans multiple areas, including anti-doping policy development, international relations, and diplomacy. In his free time, Hubert enjoys cooking and baking, listening to jazz, and is a passionate Formula One fan.
